Why Choose VA Disability Lawyers?

80+ years of combined experience in VA disability law – Our attorneys have been in this field for decades. We know the system inside and out.

2,000+ veterans and families served – We’ve successfully guided thousands through the appeals process to win the benefits they’re owed. This shows a proven track record.

We focus exclusively on veterans’ disability claims and appeals. This isn’t a side practice for us – it’s our core mission. We handle appeals at all levels (from Regional Office denials to the BVA and up to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims if necessary).

Our team includes former VA insiders. For example, Daniel Krasnegor served as an attorney for Department of Veterans Affairs adjudicating appeals before joining our firm, and Nancy Foti clerked for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. We know how the VA thinks, given your appeal an edge.

We are not just lawyers; some of us are veterans ourselves or come from military families. We understand the sacrifice and speak your language. You’ll get compassionate, respectful, and straightforward representation from people who truly get it.

Based in Virginia, we serve veterans all across the country (and even those living abroad). No matter where you are, we can help – distance is not a barrier.

Our attorneys are VA-accredited and active in the veterans law community – members of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA) and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association, among other groups. These credentials demonstrate our commitment and credibility in this field.

Free initial consultation and no fees unless we win your appeal.

Testimonials from Veterans

“Without any reference I selected this law group to represent me and my claim. Best choice ever and they did a great job. They kept me in the loop. The attorney called me and discussed strategies. They cut a lot of red tape and in the end got me a higher percentage than I thought possible.”
David W.
Sgt. US Army
"After years of remands, denials and ineffective service organization representation (DAV and VFW) I have now received a grant of approval of claims from the BVA. This would not have happened without the excellent representation of the law firm of Goodman Allen Donnelly, with special thanks to attorney Nancy Foti. I highly recommend them to all veterans in seeking benefits or have claims pending with the VA."
