Nicholas concentrates on health care defense and represents health care practitioners in investigations, negotiation, and hearings before their respective licensing boards in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He also advises health care providers regarding credentialing, Medicare and Medicaid, OCR investigations, third-party payor audits, and risk prevention.
His background includes experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, and premises liability.
Nicholas’ education in biochemistry and molecular biology with a concentration in pre-medicine provides him the unique ability to analyze intricate medical issues from a distinct perspective when defending clients in complex health care-related matters.
He currently serves on the Richmond Ballet’s Advisory Council. Nicholas received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science from the University of Richmond.
