Nancy L. Foti

Nancy Foti is the managing partner of Goodman Allen Donnelly. Together with the firm’s executive committee, she oversees the strategic growth planning, thought leadership and execution of the firm’s day-to-day business operations.

Ms. Foti is a member of the firm’s VA Disability Lawyers group. With over 20 years of experience, she has represented disabled veterans and their families before the Department of Veterans Affairs and before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Ms. Foti has served as both advocate and legal advisor on behalf of veterans and their dependents in the area of appeals before Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has built a thriving and thoughtful practice in making sure that client needs are heard and met with the honor and attention that they deserve.

In matters related to female veterans, Ms. Foti upholds an active involvement in making sure that cases and their outcomes exhibit fair representation and that voices are heard.

Ms. Foti served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald Holdaway, U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Judge. Prior to that, she was a staff attorney with the National Veterans Legal Services Program.

Ms. Foti is fluent in Spanish.

Not licensed to practice law in Virginia and does not represent clients on matters covered by Virginia law. Practice is limited exclusively to Federal matters.
