Jeffrey Kiser

Principal

Jeff’s practice encompasses a diverse range of civil and corporate legal matters, including medical malpractice defense, estate planning and administration, business and corporate liability issues resulting from claims of negligent injury, premise and products liability matters, and general civil litigation. Beyond litigation, Jeff has cultivated deep expertise in estate planning and administration, elder law, and special needs planning—areas enhanced by his prior certifications, experience, and nuanced understanding of trust and legacy matters.

Before entering the legal field, Jeff was a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, small business owners, retirement accumulation, and special needs planning through implementation of customized financial strategies. That experience shaped his holistic, asset-preservation-focused approach to estate planning and asset protection. Jeff’s dual background in law and finance allows him to guide individuals, families, and businesses through litigation and planning with both precision and foresight—helping clients safeguard their assets, resolve complex disputes, and secure their legacies.

A Virginia native, Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics as a Patrick Henry Scholar from Hampden-Sydney College.
