Heather M. Fields
Heather joined Goodman Allen Donnelly in 2016 and represents local, national, and international clients on a wide range of issues, including product liability and premises liability litigation, as well as general commercial defense, breach of contract claims, defense of business torts, commercial lease disputes, and professional malpractice defense. She has significant first- and second-chair trial experience in both state and federal courts and extensive involvement in the mediation and settlement of high exposure and catastrophic injury litigation. As part of her practice at Goodman Allen Donnelly, Heather also defends hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers in medical malpractice and general liability matters.
Heather received her JD from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology. Prior to law school, Heather graduated with honors from the University of Maryland with both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
