Anthony Tacconi is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses on intellectual property, business, and commercial matters. He has both spoken and written on various intellectual property and technology issues including trademark infringement, counterfeiting, and passing off, patent prosecution, the intersection of technology and privacy, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Along with his trial attorney experience, Mr. Tacconi is a licensed patent attorney, admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His technology and patent prosecution experience includes work involving a variety of subjects such as nuclear and solar energy technologies, cellular and wireless technologies, and cannabis and cannabinoid products.
A graduate of the College of William & Mary School of Law, Mr. Tacconi is admitted to practice in Virginia and Pennsylvania. He also taught class sessions in South University’s Legal Studies program for several years.
