Juan Vega Joins the Firm’s Veterans Benefit Group

Goodman Allen Donnelly is pleased to announce that Juan Vega has joined the firm as Principal in the Veterans Benefit Group. His practice includes Veterans’ disability compensation benefits, Virginia criminal law, military criminal law, and military related civil litigation such as administrative separations and discharge upgrades.

Juan’s combination of experiences provides valuable insight in the counsel he provides to clients. Prior to joining the firm, Juan served as a criminal prosecutor for over twelve years. In the military, he served as a defense attorney, and he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law in Charlottesville. He runs free legal clinics at the VA Hospital in Richmond and at various Veteran Service Organizations throughout the Commonwealth. Before practicing law, and for almost a decade, he worked in international business sales and consulting, where he negotiated the best possible resolutions for his clients.

He has served on boards of numerous non-profit organizations and currently serves as a Board Member of the Seventh District Committee of the Virginia State Bar Legal Ethics. Welcome aboard, Juan!
