Firm’s Norfolk Office Receives Volunteer Service Award

In Spring 2018, Goodman Allen Donnelly’s Norfolk office staff pitched in to volunteer at the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore as part of the firm’s participation in the 2018 Legal Food Frenzy. Their efforts yielded the Volunteer Service Award for having the highest number of hours per capita in the district. Attorney Thea PItzen represented the firm and received the award at today’s Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association November luncheon.

The Legal Food Frenzy is a food and fund drive competition among all Virginia law firms and organizations. Over the past twelve years, law firms, legal organizations, and law schools who participated in the Statewide Legal Food Frenzy have raised the equivalent of more than 16 million pounds of food.  Goodman Allen Donnelly is pleased to take part in the effort, and congratulates our Norfolk staff for going the extra mile to fight hunger in Virginia!
