Goodman Allen Donnelly is pleased to welcome Donna J. Hall to the firm’s Norfolk office, expanding the firm’s defense litigation capacity in both the Hampton Roads and Richmond areas. Donna brings extensive experience in tort defense, business and consumer litigation, transportation litigation and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. An experienced litigator with extensive knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and secured transactions, she has represented creditors, lenders and foreclosure trustees, and secured and unsecured creditors and trustees in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases and loan restructurings.

A graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, Donna has held leadership positions in the Virginia State Bar Bankruptcy Law Section, Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association, and the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association.
