Goodman Allen Donnelly is pleased to announce that attorneys C. Thea Pitzen and Jeffrey Kiser have been named to the 2026 Top Lawyers of Coastal Virginia in the areas of Medical Malpractice Defense and Elder Law, respectively.

Thea maintains a busy general civil litigation defense practice with a focus on defending hospitals, physicians, dentists, nurses, and other health care providers in malpractice cases and regulatory investigations. She also provides risk management advice and counsel to health care providers and assists practitioners with licensing questions. She has experience in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Jeff recently rejoined Goodman Allen Donnelly, having previously been with the firm from 2017-2023, and focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, premise and products liability matters, estate planning and administration, business and corporate liability issues, and general civil litigation.
