Daniel Krasnegor, lead attorney for the firm’s Veterans Benefit Group, is on the faculty for an annual seminar, presented by Virginia CLE and designed by the Military Law Section of the Virginia State Bar. The seminar highlights unique issues attorneys should know to professionally represent and assist current or former service members and their families, and will be held May 17, 2019 on Marine Corps Base in Quantico. Dan’s presentation is on the current state of the veterans appeals process.
Virginia is home to one of the largest percentages of active duty and former military service members in the United States. Regardless of the type of law practiced, Virginia attorneys will encounter service members and their families as clients. This annual seminar provides information and insight on unique issues to assist attorneys in offering professional representation in these matters.
