Creditors' Rights
Goodman Allen & Filetti has an active Creditors' Rights practice. We assist clients in actions to recover collateral and other property through detinue and replevin actions. We also prepare collection letters, conduct collection litigation and assist in the enforcement and collection of judgments. Our attorneys counsel clients in matters related to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), payment bond claims, mechanics liens and other such claims.
