We provide ongoing advice about employment matters, leases, benefits, mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations and other general business and contract matters. Goodman, Allen & Filetti represents a variety of corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Although we have a special emphasis on health care related businesses, we also represent a number of other professions, including, but not limited to, law firms, accounting firms and certified interior designers. Goodman, Allen & Filetti has a large number of non-professional related businesses including, but not limited to, communications, food service, sales of various goods and products, construction, and unlicensed services. We provide estate planning assistance to our business clients because of the special issues involved with businesses in estates and the need for succession planning for many businesses.
