Elizabeth Griffin Robertson

Principal

Elizabeth Griffin Robertson focuses her practice on the defense of health care providers in appellate matters, litigation and before Virginia’s professional licensing boards. She is the lead attorney in the firm’s growing Appellate Practice Group and the firm's Pro Bono Partner. Ms. Robertson joined Goodman, Allen & Filetti in 2004 after serving as an active duty officer in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. In that capacity she provided in-house legal representation for Womack Army Medical Center at Ft. Bragg. Ms. Robertson offers continuing education courses and consulting to health care providers and practices in risk management, claims prevention and governance.
