Megan Bradshaw is an attorney with the law firm of Goodman Allen & Filetti, PLLC.  She focuses her practice on the defense of health care providers in medical malpractice claims as well as the areas of Administrative and Regulatory Health Care.  Ms. Bradshaw has extensive experience in handling matters involving health information privacy compliance, Medicare / Medicaid reimbursements, audits and appeals, licensing and credentialing of health care providers, patient safety and quality assurance programs as well as risk compliance.  In addition, Ms. Bradshaw counsels hospitals regarding medical staff and risk management issues.
