Kathleen M. McCauley invited to speak at the Unified Approach to The Bariatric Patient Conference

Kathleen M. McCauley joins a prestigious faculty for the Unified Approach to
The Bariatric Patient conference hosted by the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons,
to be held January 20-21 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. McCauley has been invited to speak
on the topics of Risk Management in the Bariatric Practice. The American Society for
Bariatric Surgeons (ASBS) is the largest society for this specialty in the world. It
was organized in 1983 as an association of bariatric surgeons which emerged from the
earlier University of Iowa Colloquia on bariatric surgery founded and directed by
Dr. Edward E. Mason who was also the Society's first president.
