  •   Effective Presentation of Evidence
  •   The Key to Building and Winning Your Case

According to the NBI brochure, this conference focuses on the subject of how on-the-job injuries - and their accompanying Workers' Compensation claims - inevitably cause conflict between employers and employees. No matter what side you represent, this contention rarely brings about the most suitable outcome. That means savvy practitioners need to come up with a better approach to workers' compensation claim solutions. That's where we can help. An understanding of the needs of your opponent's client, coupled with superior communication skills, can result in a smoother, more satisfactory outcome - for all the parties involved. But how do you achieve this lofty goal for the client you represent?
