Mr. Boelzner joined the law firm of Goodman Allen & Filetti as a partner in January 2008 following an extensive practice with a large Virginia defense firm. His practice focuses primarily in Veterans Benefits Law where he has represented hundreds of U.S. Military Veterans and their dependants in their claims for disability benefits. Mr. Boelzner practices before the VA, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition to his Veterans Law practice, Mr. Boelzner represents clients in intellectual property matters, registering trademarks and copyrights and handling IP litigation. He also brings extensive experience to the firm in the area of Product Liability Litigation, having represented a major asbestos manufacturer in hundreds of Virginia personal injury claims, and in construction litigation on behalf of design professionals.
