Mr. Allen is a founding member and Managing Partner of the law firm of Goodman Allen & Filetti, PLLC. His practice focuses on providing clients a wide range of commercial, product liability, professional liability, complex litigation and intellectual property services. Mr. Allen’s corporate health care and business knowledge is the foundation for his ongoing work with both large and small nonprofit entities in all areas of organization and compliance with federal and state regulatory matters. His extensive experience in patent prosecution, trademark and copyright registration as well as intellectual property infringement litigation earned the firm recognition as a listed Go -To Law Firm ® of a top U.S. company in intellectual property for the last five years. Mr. Allen is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at Liberty University School of Law where he teaches Law Office Management.
