The associate's role in litigation and other legal matters is crucial: assisting the senior attorneys involves not only legal research and writing, but in-depth involvement, including depositions, investigation, client contact, trial and appeals. Our associates are "mentored" by the more senior attorneys at Goodman Allen & Filetti, and their work is frequently evaluated and reviewed to ensure that they receive adequate feedback and guidance about the direction of their legal careers.
