Mr. Donnelly is a founding member of the law firm of Goodman Allen & Filetti, PLLC. Since 1988, Mr. Donnelly has dedicated his practice primarily in the area civil litigation with special emphasis on medical and professional liability defense and regulatory matters. He has represented hundreds of health care professionals including physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Donnelly's litigation skills have earned him recognition in Virginia Lawyers Weekly as attaining two of the top ten defense verdicts in Virginia. Additionally, Mr. Donnelly's practice includes warranty enforcement matters where he serves as local counsel for a national automobile manufacturer. Mr. Donnelly frequently lectures on health care and regulatory issues impacting health care professionals throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
